Refund Policy

14-day refund window
We offer a full refund on any new YouDance membership if you request it within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans.
How to request a refund
Email support@youdance.com from the address on your YouDance account within 14 days of purchase. Include:
- The email address on your account
- The date of purchase
- A short note on why you're asking for a refund (optional but helpful)
We'll process approved refunds within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
After 14 days
- Monthly memberships: you can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops the next charge; the current month stays active through its paid period. We don't pro-rate mid-month cancellations.
- Yearly memberships: one-time purchases for twelve months of access. Not refundable after the 14-day window.
- Lifetime memberships: one-time purchase for permanent access. Not refundable after the 14-day window.
Exceptions
If we can't deliver the service you paid for because of a substantial technical issue on our end, contact support and we'll make it right — even past the 14-day window. We want you dancing, not frustrated.
