1. Welcome to YouDance

YouDance.com (“YouDance,” “we,” or “us”) is an online dance curriculum for homeschool families and independent learners. By creating an account or using our site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account, and you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of any students you add. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Parent accounts may create up to three student profiles on the same membership. Don't share your login with people outside your household.

3. Use of the content

All videos, PDFs, quizzes, and other learning materials on YouDance are licensed to you for personal home use only. You may not download, redistribute, re-teach for profit, or publicly perform our content without written permission from YouDance.

4. Billing and renewals

Monthly memberships renew automatically each billing cycle until you cancel from your account's billing page. Yearly memberships grant access for twelve months from the purchase date and do not auto-renew. Lifetime memberships are a one-time purchase. Taxes and fees may apply.

5. Student safety and COPPA

Accounts are created by a parent or legal guardian. Students under 13 use profiles managed by their parent account; we do not collect personal information directly from children. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, share credentials, or misuse the service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@youdance.com.

7. No warranty

YouDance is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the site available and the content accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific learning outcomes. You assume responsibility for exercising safely and within your ability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouDance and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Dance involves physical activity; you are responsible for participating safely and within your ability, and for any medical guidance appropriate to your household.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located there.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version here and adjust the “last updated” date. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
